巧克力块曲奇(Chocolate Chunk Cookies)

时间过得真快
转眼间,学校假期就结束了
在开学前,和姐姐一起尝试做了巧克力曲奇


这曲奇并不难做
而且还蛮好吃的
只是甜了点
下次做的时候可考虑减点糖

食谱参考:Bake for Happy Kids

材料:
Ingredients:
牛油 185克
Butter 185g
黑糖 1/3杯
Brown Sugar 1/3 cup
细糖 1/3杯
Caster Sugar 1/3 cup
鸡蛋 1粒 (在鸡蛋了里加了1/2小匙香草精)
Egg 1 (Added 1/2tsp of vanilla essence into it)
普通面粉 1 2/3杯
Plain Flour 1 2/3 cup
可可粉 2汤匙 (我省略了)
Cocoa Powder 2tbsp (I omitted it)
泡打粉 1/2小匙
Soda Bicarbonate 1/2tsp
黑巧克力 100克,切块
Dark Chocolate 100g, cut into pieces
白巧克力 100克,切块 (以牛奶巧克力取代)
White Chocolate 100g, cut into pieces (I replaced with 100g of milk chocolate)

做法:
Methods:
1. 将牛油,黑糖和细糖打发,加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
1. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat to well combine.
2. 加入过筛粉类,搅拌均匀。再加入巧克力块。
2. Add sifted flour, cocoa and bicarbonate soda over butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chunk.
3. 把曲奇面团搓成小圆球,稍微按扁。
3. Roll the cookies mixture into desired shape and place on prepared trays. Flatten slightly.
4. 送入预热烤箱160°度,烤15分钟或至金黄色即可。
4. Bake in preheated oven 160℃ for 15 minutes or until light golden.


小小笔记:我用此配方做了大概90块曲奇。
Notes: Made about 90 pieces of cookies.
